The Team Plug was born from the experiences of two founders who saw international hiring from different sides — one as a business owner building a remote team, and the other through firsthand experience of working remotely and understanding the opportunities and challenges Filipino professionals face.
Together, they recognised something important: the Philippines is home to incredibly talented, hardworking and skilled professionals, yet many don't always have access to opportunities that fully recognise their experience, contributions and the value of their work.
They believed there had to be a better way.
A way for talented Filipinos to work directly with international clients, without unnecessary agencies standing between them. A way for their skills, experience and contributions to be recognised and valued. And a way to build meaningful professional relationships with the businesses they support.
That belief became The Team Plug.
